| It is with deep
regret that The Bag Open Board of Governors must inform you that
you are hereby suspended and banned from participation in the
2000 Bag Open. The board
met for several hours the afternoon of November 20, 1999
following completion of the 1999 Bag Open, and after some debate
a vote was taken to both censure and ban you from consideration
of participation in next year’s event.
The Board’s decision was
based primarily on your continuing absence at the annual Bag
Open golf tournament. You have chosen not to participate in two
of the three events held since 1997, the recent tournament held
this past Saturday being the latest infraction. In the face of such blatant disregard for the event and lack of
commitment to the rest of the faithful field of competitors, no
other decision could be made.
Please be advised you have
until November 18, 2000 to appeal this ruling, either in writing
to the board or in person during one of the board’s meetings.

NOTE: Chicken Legs
Lover Boy has made an Official request for reinstatement. That
request is currently under consideration by the Bag Open Board
of Directors and will be discussed at their next regularly
scheduled meeting. The Board's ruling will be final and
no further consideration will be given. A decision is expected
by October, 2000. |
